ABOUT ME

My CW clubs membership

I really like using CW. Until the cessation of work in 1990-2017. I was active with the call sign YU4CW, so in 1988, following the set rules, I became member no. 1473 of this prestigious CW club, which for 2 years with colleagues from VHSC etc. taught me speeds higher than 30 BPM. Today I repeat the work from 1998, although the difference in years since then is almost 40 years.

R-CW-C

To join the RCWC, fill out the form. After submitting an application for membership in the RCWC club, your candidacy can be checked by all available legal means from open Amateur Radio sources. The club does not care at all how much you know telegraph. Your qualification in CW is not at all important when entering the club, but it is important to us that, knowing the Morse code, you practice working on the air with this mode along with SSB and DIGI, or strive for it.

CWops

About CWops
There are other clubs for CW operators, each with its attractions. CWops is very different and stands out as a unique international organization because it advances the “state of the art” of operating across the full spectrum of CW activities – early introduction, rag chewing, contesting, DXing, and awards chasing.

ESSEX CW CLUB

In November 2009, a small group of CW enthusiasts decided to form a specialist group for those with a common interest in maintaining and promoting the use of Morse code on the Amateur Radio bands. The intention is to facilitate a number of CW events and bring together those skilled in Morse code across traditional radio clubs. This will form a critical mass of otherwise dispersed practitioners and promote use of the mode within the hobby. We also wish to provide a friendly face for CW at local clubs.

CWJF

CWJF - Grupo Juizforano de CW The CWJF Group emerged in the 1980s with the ideas of an excellent telegraphist, our dear friend Júlio (PY4AG), who with his usual cordiality taught those interested how to use Morse code. The number of his students grew and CW became common practice among radio amateurs in Juiz de Fora. However, one of these radio amateurs stood out for the ease with which he learned to receive and transmit CW in just a few classes. It was the radio amateur Paulo (PY4EM).

AGCW-DL

The AGCW (Working Group for Telegraphy) was founded on May 1, 1971 and today has approximately 2,300 members in Germany and around the world. We represent the interests of our members and are committed to the preservation of telegraphy. Through collaborative partnerships with the DARC (German Amateur Radio Club = Federal Association for Amateur Radio in Germany) and other organizations, we participate in ambitious projects.

SP-CW-C

The Club established with the initiative of The Editors and The Publisher of – „THE QTC” – The Polish Amateur-Radio Magazine. It was on the 1st of July 1995. The Members of „The SP-CW-C” are the Amateur-radio Operators – !! including Short Waves Listeners – „SWL” !!, spread all over the World, poeple, who are capable to understand the Code by hearing as well as being able to send the messages by hand with the use of so called:” paddles „, or” keys „. The Aim of „The SP-CW-C” was to „flag-out” the sourse of support to those who are also willing to master these skills.

GTC

The Greek Telegraphy Club was founded in October 1998, as an independent Hellenic club, aiming to promote the use of Morse Code on the ham radio bands, to encourage newcomers to our hobby to use the CW mode, and to foster and maintain friendship among radio telegraphers. The GTC is also a strong influence against efforts to eradicate CW as a mode of radio amateur communications.
